Content corrections
Spotted an inaccuracy in one of the guides? An out-of-date AUD price, an outdated council regulation, an AS/NZS standard reference that has been superseded? Send the page URL and the correction (with a primary source if you have one) to support@offgridly.app. We update content monthly and credit corrections in the page’s next revision.
Partnerships and press
For partnerships, content collaborations, press enquiries, or interview requests, email support@offgridly.app with “Partnership” or “Press” in the subject line.
Privacy and data requests
Privacy questions, data exports, or deletion requests are handled per the Privacy Policy. The fastest path is the in-app data export and deletion controls in your account settings; if you cannot reach those, email support@offgridly.app.
